So hard...I really love cream cheese. I would say my favorite thing would have to be cheesecake. Oreo crust with raspberry sauce...yum!
ReplyDeleteHmm I love the pilly cream cheese i use about 3 pounds of it in every cheesecake I bake. When i am not baking but entertaining i love to make a hot philly crab dip. mmm mmm yumm-o!
ReplyDeleteThere's this shrimp dip that my husband's grandmother used to make every single year with shrimp, cream cheese and french onion dip. She no longer is well enough to make it so I always make sure to make it in her stead.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite recipe using cream cheese is Weight Watcher's Fettucine Alfredo! It's an incredibly TASTY low fat version. It tastes amazing and it's unbelieveable that it's so good for you!

There are so many good things to make with Philly cream cheese but my favorite is Chicken Enchiladas. A little cream cheese inside with the chicken makes a smooth and delicious enchilada! A tangy sauce on top balances it all out.
